We Built the Community We Wanted
GEM started as the setup we wanted for our own NQ trading. Then we opened it up.
Beatriz has traded NQ full time since 2017. Back then most of the groups she looked at were posting screenshots of their wins and not much else, which tells you nothing about how a decision actually got made, so she started keeping her own notes instead. Where structure broke. What confirmed a continuation. When the better move was to sit on her hands and wait.
Those notes are what GEM runs on. It stayed private for a long time before it was anything else and it still works the same way, only now it runs in Spanish as well as English and there are a lot more people in the room. Everyone logs their trades. Everyone posts the losers too, which is the part most people find hardest.
Who's Behind GEM
The traders and operators who run GEM day to day.
Beatriz
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Executive Leadership
Carley
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Runs operations at GEM. She keeps the internal workflows and the team coordination in order, which is most of the reason the community can grow without the service slipping.
Denny
Chief Brand Ambassador
Serves as a leading face and representative of GEM across live streams, social media, and community platforms. As a key public presence for the brand, the Chief Brand Ambassador helps represent GEM's culture, values, and personality while building engagement and strengthening the connection between GEM and its community.
Mike
Chief Community Officer (CCO)
Handles moderation across every GEM platform. Mike enforces the community standards and spends a lot of his time shutting down impersonation accounts before members get scammed by them.
Nova
Chief Program Officer (CPO)
Takes the ideas that come out of the community and turns them into programs that actually ship. Nova owns each one from planning through rollout and keeps it running afterward.

Luis
Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
Owns the member experience end to end, from the first support ticket to why someone renews a year later. Luis runs community operations and reads the feedback that comes back in.
Rules Before Entries
Every setup has to clear the same confirmations before anyone takes it. If it does not clear, it does not get traded.
Open Books
Setups get posted before the outcome is known, then reviewed after. 4.9 stars across 69 Whop reviews.
A Live Room
Discord channels stay open through the session, with chart recaps at the end of the day.
